The refund policy outlined on this website is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

By making a purchase or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with the specific terms of our refund policy. Not all products or services may qualify for a refund, and eligibility may depend on factors such as the product, time of request, and compliance with the refund policy conditions.

  • Non-Refundable Items or Services: Certain items may be non-refundable. These exclusions are clearly stated in the refund policy and are binding upon purchase.

  • Processing of Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within the timeframe specified in the refund policy. The time it takes for funds to be returned to your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

  • Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update the refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.

  • No Guarantee: While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we do not guarantee refunds in situations where the refund policy requirements have not been met or where misuse of our services or products has occurred.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for refunds shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from or related to the refund process.

Refund Policy

We accept returns for 7 days from the date of purchase if the product is in the original packaging and has not been altered.   A restocking fee and freight charge will be required for returns on all special orders.  The fee for restocking is  25% of the price of the item and the shipping cost will be based on carrier and delivery requirements.  If the special order is drop shipped, a shipping document or notification would need to be provided at the time of return.

We will not issue refunds after 7 days from the purchase date in store, or receipt date of a special order.

 

All refunds will be in the form of a store credit.
